Accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist (MBACP)
about me
Hello, I’m Jack Wilson.
I’m a Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Paris, providing a supportive space for adults and adolescents. I am an associate member of the Centre Passage Courtois (Paris 75011), where I offer English-speaking therapy, with both in-person and online sessions. I also work with Moka.care, a leading provider of mental health support in workplace environments.
Having grown up between the UK and France, I bring a multicultural perspective to my practice. My experience as a therapist spans working in schools, colleges, and universities, and now in private practice. Trained in Integrative and attachment-based psychotherapy, I tailor sessions to your individual needs.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked for eight years in the charity sector, primarily in refugee and youth services.
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I hold a PGDip in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University (2020) and a Diploma in Trauma Therapy from the NAOS Institute (2023).

Psychotherapy
People come to therapy for various reasons. Sometimes it's about dealing with a single, overwhelming event, while at other times, it can be tied to long-standing patterns that feel difficult to untangle. Whatever brings you here, I offer a safe and welcoming space where you can explore and find new perspectives on the challenges you're facing.
Life inevitably pulls us into emotional rough waters — whether through struggles in relationships, the weight of loss, or a deep sense of disconnection. When we neglect these feelings or try to numb out through distraction, they can build up, leaving us overwhelmed or stuck. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s troubling us.
In a world that constantly pulls us in different directions, simply pausing to listen to ourselves can feel like a radical act. It is in this stillness that we can begin to deepen our self-awareness and reconnect with what truly matters. The heart of this work is about reclaiming a sense of agency — finding refuge in ourselves and meaning in life’s wild and turbulent moments.
